There is another beautiful Russian city besides Moscow and it is called St. Petersburg. Peter the Great, of the Romanov family, started to build the city in 1703, and it was the capital of Russia from 1712 to 1918. from all over Europe to help build the city, and used the newest technologies available at that time.
