1. a) My job is to take care of / taking care of elderly people.
b) I work as a carergiver for elderly people.
日本語をそのまま英語にすると a)の文ですが、ネイティヴは、My job / work is ~~
という言い方は殆どせずに、I work as ~~　とか、Ｉ am ~~などの形で自分の仕事を
　紹介するのが通例でしょう。そこで、b) を付け加えました。
