口角が上がっているって英語で？？

小さなことなのですが
メグライアンのような、きゅっと唇の両端があがっているようなことを、どうすれば英語に訳せるでしょうか？

「きゅっと両端があがっている」という感じのする単語は「upcurved」とか「upswept」です。

「口角が上がっている」の訳は「upcurved lips」、あるいは、「upswept lips」という使われ方をしています。
