添削願い

学校の英語の授業で英文でボディーソープのコマーシャルをすることになったので英文を作ってみましたので間違っていることろや、付け加えたほうが良いことなどがあったらお教えください。(会話文です。)少しユーモラスに作ってみました。

A: Hello.Thank you for sending me your gift.
B: You are welcome. how about it in the gift?
A: Excellent! it was very nice smell.
B: I am delighted to hear it.
A: I will eat early.
B: Why? Donot you eat .
A: Cannot I eat it that how nice smell?
B: Though it is good smell, you will be bad health as soon as you eat.
A: sorry. Are you talking about foods?
B: No. Are not you talking about a body soap?

C: This bodysoap has smell as good as foos`smell.

訳は
Ａ：　やぁ。御中元ありがとね。
Ｂ：　どういたしまして。中身どうだった？
Ａ：　とてもよかったよ。あれはいい匂いがしたよ。
Ｂ：　それを聞けてうれしいよ。
Ａ：　早く食べたいよ。
Ｂ：　どうして？　食べちゃだめだよ。
Ａ：　あんなにいい匂いがするのに食べられないの？
Ｂ：　いい匂いはするけど、食べたらすぐに体が悪くなるよ。
Ａ：ごめん、今話してるのは食べ物のこと？
Ｂ：　ちがうよ。ボディーソープのことじゃないの？

Ｃ：　このボディーソープは、食べ物と同じくらい良い匂いがします。

会話文かつユーモラスということでちょっとこめんとしてみます。

ここはやはりシンプルイズベターですね。

A: Hi, there. Thank you for your gift.
B: My pleasure. Hope you like it.

>A: Excellent! it was very nice smell.
>B: I am delighted to hear it.
ここは現在形の方がよさそうです。なぜなら後で食べるの食べないのってありますからね。過去形だともう食べちゃったみたいでしょう。
I'm glad to hear that. はほぼ固定の慣用句ですね。to hear it.　はなぜかあまりききません。that が主力です。

A: Of course! I like that smell, I didn't even open yet though.
B: I'm glad to hear that.
後で食べ物と間違っているので「まだ開けてないけどにおいは気に入っている」としてみました。

＞A: I will eat early.
＞B: Why? Donot you eat .
食べると言うのがちょっと唐突な感じがします。
それとWhyの文はちょっとおかしいみたいですね。

A: It smells so delicious that I'm gonna eat it tonight.
B: What? Eat?
ここでgonnaなんてつかうと高校では怒られるのかな？
答え方「えっ！食べる！？」って感じにしてみては。

>B: Though it is good smell, you will be bad health as soon as you eat.
Cannot の文はやっぱりちょっとおかしいかな。どうしてもCannotを使いたければ、すくなくとも口語ではCan't I となるところですね。でももう少しいい表現がありそうです。

A: （ここは前文を受けているので）Yah, why not? Anything wrong?
B: Well, If you eat, you'll be in trouble for sure.

>A: sorry. Are you talking about foods?
>B: No. Are not you talking about a body soap?
ここは二人が声をそろえて
A,B: Hey! What are you talking about?
って言うのはどうですか？
で、その後また同時に
A: Food
B: Soap

>C: This bodysoap has smell as good as foos`sm
ここは最後キャッチーなフレーズが欲しいですね。
とくにsmell が重なってちょっと重たい感じです。
C:　Excellent smell guarantee, but it doesn't mean you can eat.

なんてどうですかね。
ちょっといじりすぎたかな。

That's wonderful.It smells so great.

Ｂ：　それを聞けてうれしいよ。
I am glad to hear that.
(この場合のthatは慣用句のようなもので、hear itとはあまりいいません）

Ａ：　早く食べたいよ。
I　can't wait to eat it.

Ｂ：　どうして？　食べちゃだめだよ。
Why? You cannot eat it.

Ａ：　あんなにいい匂いがするのに食べられないの？
How come I cannot taste it smells so good?

Ｂ：　いい匂いはするけど、食べたらすぐに体が悪くなるよ。
Though it smells good, you will be sick （you will get a sick）soon after you eat it.

Ａ：ごめん、今話してるのは食べ物のこと？
Excuse me,but…are we talking about food?

Ｂ：　ちがうよ。ボディーソープのことじゃないの？
No,definitely not! We both talk about bodysoap,aren't we?

Ｃ：　このボディーソープは、食べ物と同じくらい良い匂いがします。
This bodysoap has smell as good as yummy.

アメリカ在住者です。
食べ物のようにいいにおいがする、ということですがFoodという言葉からはいいにおいが連想しにくいのであえて最後はyummyにしました。
あとあまりeatという単語が続くので途中にtaste(食べる・味見する）を入れてみました。
食べ物のことじゃないの？というところはアメリカ人が話していて会話の主題を見失ったりしたときに使う表現です。
Excuse me,but…で口ごもる感じを表しています。
おちがbodysoapなのであえて最後まで食べ物ということで文章を構成しました。
もし
あれって食べ物だよね？という表現が入れたければ、
Excuse me,but… the gift you send me is food,isn't it?
とかになりますが、食べ物のほうが落ちがすっきりするかなという感じです。

殆ど話し言葉ですので、かなり口語的な表現をいれてみたつもりです。ちょっとくだけた印象の英語ですが、通常の会話から考えればこんな感じだと思います。

なにかもっと面白くなる話の筋を考えているんですがよろしければなにかアイディアを教えてください。

。。下記をご参照ください。

A: Why can't I eat it altough it smells good?
B: Though it is good smell, you will be bad situation after your eating.
A: Excuse me. Aren't we talking about foods?
B: No. My gift is body soap.

C: This bodysoap smells like foods.

もう少し修正が必要な点は、
今話しているのは食べ物のこと?と言うところでしょうか？今は、「食べ物の話じゃないの？」と言うように直していますが、「プレゼントは食べ物でしょ？」と言うニュアンスの方がよいかもですね。。
