青画面にエラーメッセージが・・・

突然画面が切り替わり、青画面に白字でエラーメッセージ（？）が表示されてしまいます。マウスとキーボードが反応しなくなり、強制終了せざるをえない状態です。
システムの復元も正常に行えず、仕事にも影響が出ています。

パソコンはDELL製で
CPU 2.80GHz
メモリ 1.00GB
XP Professional Service Pack 2
です。

今自分のパソコンがどの様な状態であるのか把握したいです。

現在のスレッドで無効なプール要求が発生し、
システムのプロセスやドライバソフトが0サイズのメモリプールを割り当てようとした場合や、
すでに解放されているメモリ領域を解放しようとした際に発生するエラーのようです、

一応セーフモードで起動して問題が再現されないならOSの根幹は壊れてないだろうけど、
余分な常駐アプリなんかを停止し、
使ってるアプリや各種ドライバを最新版にしてみては？
