ネットの名前の欄に、自分の本名をのせ知り合いが
みんなニックネームなのに私は本名をかいてしまった　ばかみたいだな
という相手に対して、　
馬鹿だとは思わないよ。でも、もし嫌なら変えられるんじゃない？
といいたいのですが、英語の訳を教えてください。

ネット上では全員が匿名ではなくちゃんと自分の名前を載せている人もいますからね。
こちらにしましょう。

ところでご提示の文で　on the profile となっておりますが　相手の人がそういう言い方をしているのでしょうか。もしそうだとしたら
on profiles of the internet のほうが良いかもしれません。

always を否定語と一緒に使うと「必ずしも・・・ではない」という意味になります。

それから

Usually, nobody always uses their real name in profiles on the internet, and everybody knows it.
So nobody thinks it's your real name, I guess.

とするとより詳しくなりますし慰めている感じがつよくなるような気がします。

の部分ですが　相手は silly を使っていますか。それとも stupid を使っていますか。
silly = foolish, childish, ridiculous
stupid = a lack of good judgement or intelligence, being not at all sensible
馬鹿なことをしてしまった時にはよくstupidを使うのですが。
勿論どちらでも構わないですが　ご提示の文で silly を使っていらっしゃるので　silly で作りますね。

I don't think you are silly.
Usually, nobody uses their real name on the internet, and so nobody thinks it's your real name.
But you can change names if you want to.

私ならこう書いて慰めます。nobody は　their で受けていますが　これは単数で考えます。一人一人の意味です。ですから　name は単数形にします。change の後は　通常　change O１ into O２ で　O１　から　O２　に変えるですが　複数形にすれば通じます。
「嫌ならば」ではなく「変えたければいつでも変えられるよ」になっています。

ご提示の例文には「プロフィールに本名を書いてしまったこと」ということが書いてありますが　相手はそれをもうわかっているわけですから　あえてまた繰り返さなくてもよいのではと思いますが。

I don't think it's silly that you wrote your real name in the profile.
You can change your nickname anytime you want to do.
You can update it anytime.
