Plaxo ツールバー (Outlook 用) がインストールできません

2008年５月12日付最新のPlaxo ツールバー (Outlook 用) がインストールできません。xpでもインストールできません。どなたか教えて下さい

当方でも、日本語版の PlaxoInstall_ja.exe は解凍が出来たり、出来なかったり。

まともにインストールできません。
只今、Plaxo Customer Care へ問い合わせしています。
