Internet Archive(インターネットアーカイブ)の削除方法

3年ほど前に運営していたHPがInternet Archiveに残ったままで困っています。

この記事に載っている通り、robots.txtをアップして「Crawl My Site」というボタンを押しました。
それから2ヶ月程経っても削除されなかったのでHPに載せていたメアドから、
「削除してください。これがrobots.txtのURLです。」といった内容のメールをしました。
すると以下のような返事が返ってきました。

There are two ways to exclude your site from the Wayback Machine. The preferred method is to put a robots.txt on your site to keep it from being crawled. The Internet Archive retroactively respects all robots.txt. Please see more information about this (including our exclusion policy) here: http://www.archive.org/about/faqs.php

翻訳にかけて読んでみたのですが、既に本人であることを証明しています。robots.txtもアップしており閲覧できることを確認しています。
それなのに何故か削除してくれません。
最初に挙げたURLの記事は2006年のものなので削除依頼の方法が変わってしまったのでしょうか？

とメールを送るとまた同様の内容のメールが返ってきました。
