「with」の用例を説明する簡単な例文です。

この「with」と同様で、「~~の理由があって」「~~のせいで」「~~のお陰で」等と普通の日本語に訳出できますね。

のwithと同じ用法と考えて良いのではないでしょうか。（原因）
