海外製のゲームが動かないので公式サイトで調べると
Edit the autoexec.cfg file (located in C:\Program Files\ValuSoft\Crisis Team Ambulance Driver).
1. Double-click on the autoexec.cfg file. (You may need to right-click the file, select OPEN WITH. Open the file with notepad or wordpad (plain-text)). Note: you may need to hold the Shift key down when right-clicking on the file.
2. Select Edit | Replace.
3. Type Keyboard in the Find What box.
4. Type the word for keyboard (in the language of your Windows OS: Japanese, French, German, Spanish, ect.)
5. Click Replace All.
6. Click File | Save.
Next: carefully change the names of the keys to the appropriate word in your language. For example if you had a Spanish OS: Where it says "space bar", change it to "espacio"). SAVE your changes!
