マウス顎下腺プロテアーゼD(商品名：アルギニルエンドペプチダーゼ)は
英語ではどう綴ったらよろしいでしょうか？

mouse submaxillary protease D でいいんでしょうか？ご存知の方がいましら，

マウス顎下腺プロテアーゼDというのが、英語からの訳

ですよね。それを英語に戻しても原文にはならないのが
不思議なところです。

murine submaxillary gland protease D

日本語でもネズミではなくマウスというように、murine
という言葉を使うことがあります。glandがないと意味が
（少なくとも私には）解りません。なんとなくイメージは
解るという程度の訳です。
