To open an eBay Store:
1. Click "My eBay" at the top of the page. You may have to sign in.
2. Click the "Subscriptions" link under the "Account" tab.
3. Under "eBay Stores," click the "Subscribe" link next to the type of
store you want to open: Basic, Featured, or Anchor.

eBay ストアを開くには、次の物が必要です。

ファイルにあるあなたのクレジットカードと銀行のアカウント情報のある売り手登録
ビジネス用あるいはプレミアペイパルアカウント

ID検証プロセスに関する情報は次のurlで確認出来ます。

eBayストアを開くには、
１　ページの上部にあるMy eBayをクリックして、サインインする。
２　アカウントタブの下にある"subscriptions"リンクをクリックする。
３　"eBay Stores"の下にある、BasicやFeatured、Anchorとかかれた各種の営業形態の隣にある"subscribe"をクリックする。
