「あなたは好きな人がいても電話はしない人なの？それがあなたの恋愛スタイル？
私は好きな人と会えない日は電話で声を聞きたいと思うけど…
だからあなたが私のことを本当はどう思っているのかわからないわ」
というのを難しすぎない英語でお願いします!!

私だったら

"Are you a kind of person who won't give a call to your own girlfriend (もしくはto your loved one)? Is this your normal (もしくはusual) attitude toward relationship? I would still want to hear your voice and talk with you over the phone on the days I cannot see you. Your attitude confuses me and I don't understand what you think of me anymore."

と言いますよ。（文法に多少に間違えがあったらごめんなさい。）

a person who you lovesで「あなたが好きな人」となります
the wayは「方法」「やり方」等の意味で、loveingはloveの動名詞型で、「愛すること」という名詞になります
the way of your lovingで「あなたの愛し方」です
If～はニュアンスがかわるため仮定法過去は使わず直接仮定法です
missは「～がいなくて寂しく思う」という意味の動詞で、wan't to ＋ 動詞で「～したい」となります
the telephoneの前置詞はonです
what ～ のwhatは「～すること」という代名詞で、what you really think about meで「あなたが本当に私について思っていること」となります

直訳は

the day i can't see him(her)...
so i really don't see what you think of me.

状況設定がもう少し細かい方がうまく訳せると思うのですが…
例えば、あなたはそのメール（か何か）を送りたい相手と
最近付き合いだしたのに、会えない日に彼は電話もくれない。
会ってる時楽しければいいだけなのだろうか？
と思っている、とか…
