I will go to Roppongi Hills on this weekend. Accordingto the newapaper which Tokyo Metropolice specfied for development district in 1985. Because fire engine is not able to go in Roppongi 6-chome area. There was small place and lived there so many people. About 200 familiy was able to moved two skayscapers soar at the brand new residential complex. What a lucky people or not?

昔は道路が狭くて消防車がはいらなかった事とか、約200世帯は古い公団に住んでいた人々とか、どうでしょうか。この公団はどう言ったらよいのでしょうか。教えてくださいませ。

原文の趣旨を生かしつつ、こんな風に書いてみました。
　　
I　will　go　to　the　newly　developped　business/residential　complex　named　Roppongi　Hills　on　this　weekend.

According　to　the　newspaper　article　about　Roppongi　Hills、the　development　of　the　Roppongi　6-chome　area　was　originally　set　to　be　the　”development　district”by　Tokyo　Prefecture　in　1985．

At　that　time　the　area　was　so　densed　by　the　old　”rabbit　hatches”　built　by　UDC（The　Urban　Development　Corporation、a　public　entity　,established　originally　to　supply　individual　houses）．The　streets　were　so　narrow　that　even　fire　brigade　had　difficulties　to　go　through．

As　the　result　of　this　development　about　200　family　were　able　to　move　to　the　one　of　the　two　skyscrapers　soaring　at　the　brand－new　residential　complex．
