読み方はその通りです。ただし、「（テストで）30点、取っていた」と言いたいのなら、一般的には「I used to get 30 points in math...」もしくは「I used to score 30 in math...」と言うのではないかなと思います。「get 30 scores」だと「30回、得点した」のように解釈されかねません。また、国や組織によって採点方法は大きく異なるので、「30/100」という具合に「何点満点中」なのかを添えないと、読み手には真意が伝わりにくいと思います。

ですね。（ ）内は割愛可。後半の「college」は「one」に替えても可。なお、厳密には「colleges」ではなく「universities」です。「college」をいくつも抱えている「university」も世の中にはありますし。

後半は

でいいと思います。

次の英文に付いては、少し修正が必要と思います。
I am going to apply to two colleges which I want to enter most in case I fail in the entrance examination.
英語ではなるべく同じ言葉を重複して使わない、明らかに分かっている事は言葉を控えて簡潔に表現する事が大事です。
最初に大学を二つ受験すると言っているのですから、最後の
college は要りません。
また、たくさんの言葉を使わなくても
in case I fail in the entrance examination で（万が一入試に失敗したら）という意味になります。

それと、used to ですが、過去の常習的行為に使います．時々したとか、たまに何回かしたと言う行為には使いません。
参考にしてください。
