noは、pressureにかかっているのかtransmittedにかかってるのかわかりませんでした。

'no' は形容詞で 'pressure' を修飾しています。
'ring' が何を意味するのか、分かりませんでした。

「水飽和率が上昇すると、空気（非濡れ相）は連続相としての性質を失っていく。ある段階を超えると、空気は大きな孔隙の中で分散した小球に形を変える」

「空気の小球が移動するのは、圧力差が小球を毛細管程度のくびれを押し通すまでに大きくなり、水によって小球全体に加えられた場合に限られる」
