Sushi, tempura and soba are popular Japanese dishes in foreign countries.

Japanese cusine traditionally uses seasonal foodstuffs at their peak of freshness and flavour. This style of Japanese cooking is deeply connected with our inherited tendency to enjoy every nuance of the changing seasons.
Excellent taste of the dishes is important of course, but also how they look when served is considered and paid careful attention. Thus Japanese dishes can be called "a work of art" which satisfies our eyes and palates.

Sushi, tempura and soba are popular Japanese dishes in foreign countries.
Japanese cusine has traditionally emphasised every nuance of the changing seasons and has made frequent use of foodstuffs in their season. In the style of Japanese cooking is reflected our inherited tendency to enjoy seasonal changes through the year. Excellent taste of the dishes is of course important, but careful attention must be paid to how beautiful they look on the table when served, as well. Thus Japanese dishes can be called "a work of art," which satisfies our eyes and palates.

Sushi, tempura and noodle have gained the global recognition as typical Japanese dishes.

Japanese cuisine have traditionally used available foodstuffs in each season at their peak in term of freshness and flavor. This Japanese cooking manner comes from our indigenous culture to enjoy delicate nuance of the changing seasons.

Excellent taste of dishes is undoubtedly important, and careful attention is also paid how they appeal to your eyes. Thus Japanese dishes are now developed as a work in the realm of an art which satisfies your sense of both sight and palate at once.

しかし、LDOCE NEW EDITION でしらべたところ、season 5 'be in / out of season'では、vegetables and fruit that are in season are cheap and easily available because it is the time of the year when they are ready to eat. If they are out of season, they are expensive or not available

(2)ご提示いただいた英文の careful attention is also paid how they appeal to your eyes についてですが、これは、paid の後に to は必要ないでしょうか。

(1)・・・have gained the global recognition as typical Japanese dishes、(2)・・・our indigenous culture to enjoy delicate nuance of~、(3)・・・how they appeal to your eyes、という表現には、目を開かれました。

Sushi, tempura and soba are popular Japanese cuisine in foreign countries.
Japanese cuisine traditionally uses the foodstuffs that are seasonally at the peak of freshness and flavour. This style of Japanese cuisine is deeply connected with our inherited tendency to enjoy each nuance of the changing seasons.
Of course, excellent taste of the cuisine is important. But for Japanese cuisine, how it looks like when served is also considered and careful attention is paid for it. Thus, Japanese cuisine can be called "the work of art" which pleases our eyes and palates.

Sushi, tempura and soba are popular Japanese cuisine in foreign countries.
Japanese cuisine has traditionally emphasised each nuance of the changing seasons and has frequently used the foodstuffs of the season. In the style of Japanese cuisine, our inherited tendency is considered to enjoy seasonal changes through the year. Of course, excellent taste of the cuisine is important. But careful attention should be paid as well to show how beautiful it is on a table when served. Thus Japanese cuisine can be called "the work of art," which pleases our eyes and palates.
