労働者は、システムデザイン、設計に必要な人的努力です。
いくらお金を掛けたところで、熟練労働者の代わりになることはできません。
労働者を拘束した場合、デザイナーは設計のどの部分が最も効果的に機能するのか、
しないのかを見極めなくてはなりません。
残念ながら、エンジニアリング設計において労働者の拘束は
最も理解されない、ないがしろにされている部分なのです。
