英訳のお願いです。宜しくお願いします！
以下の日本文になります。

今日は私の親戚について紹介させてもらいます。彼は私の１０歳年上であり、今現在彼自身で設立した幾つかの会社の経営をしています。。
彼自身は大学を出ておらず、高校の卒業さえ怪しい所です。余り珍しい事でも無いのですが、やはり学校のお勉強と収入は必ずしも比例はしないというところでしょうか。まあ彼の仕事と受験勉強じゃあやってる事が全く違うので、当たり前といえば当たり前かもしれませんね。
私は彼を非常に尊敬していますが、それはその人間性はさることながら、卓越した人生観に惚れたからです。
正直、今の日本は彼のような野心溢れるリスキーな人間が現れるのを妨げるような土壌なのかもしれません。
まあ、いずれにしても私は彼を応援してますし、ますますの発展を願う所です。

なるべく口語っぽく英訳しました。

人間性：characteristic
人生観：view of life
で訳してみました。
その他もろもろ間違っているところや意図と違うところがあるかと思います。

Today, let me introduce my relatives, （「彼」が誰を指すのかわかりません（汗　Uncleでしょうか？）He is ten years older than me, and currently running several businesses that he established by himself.
He did not graduate university even doubtful whether he graduated high school.
It is not unusual that one's educational back ground has little to do with his income. Well, his job is totally different from what we study for entrance exam. so it is perhaps more natural. I am sincerely and fairly respecting him since he has has got an outstanding characteristic as well as his view of life.
To tell the truth, Japanese culture is preventing those people with ambition from emergence into its society.
In any case, I am supporting him and hope his success.
