bronco はわかりませんが、ロデオ（馬の背にのって、暴れ馬から振り落とされないようにするスポーツ）のブロンコライダーのように
どこでもウエイトレスへの支払いに使うペソを彼のダッシュボードからつかみ、そして立ち去った。

A goodbye grunt is all his fellow drives get.In minutes,he has mounted his jeepney and bolted into the steaming traffic,hais passengers bucking along behind.
