In order to issue your booking you are requested to send us a fax of the credit card from both sides and the copy of the ID or passport of the credit card holder.

This is a security measure to cross check the details placed on your booking made through our web site to verify the details, such as the name on the credit card as well as the name on the passport of the card holder.

In case you have no access to a fax you can scan the documents and send it to me via e-mail.

Please note that the fare conditions are very restrictive and ticket fare can not be held or guaranteed until we receive your fax or scanned copies , if the tickets are not issued on time the Airline can automatically cancel the reservation.

もともと英語なのだから英訳でなくて、必要なのは和訳なのですよね？

ちなみに私は和訳は苦手ですが、要するに

・予約を確定したいならクレジットカード両面、身分証明書かパスポートのコピーをファクシミリで送付せよ。
・ファクシミリで送れないのならこれらをスキャンしてメールで送ってもよい。
・料金の条件には制約があり、チケットの料金はファックスやスキャンのコピーをわれわれが受領するまで確定しない。
・チケットが期限内に発行されない場合は航空会社は自動的に予約をキャンセルする。

ということが書いてあります。

第二パラグラフはこれらのファックスやスキャンコピーが必要な理由を説明しています。セキュリティ上予約内容を確認したいのだそうです。
