Your English ability will keep on improving even after you start working for a company. It takes years of execution of everyday job to improve your English.

1) Try participating in business plan competition at business school.
2) Live in a dorm instead of apartments
3) Pick classes with a lot of team project. e.g. entrepreneurship, venture financing, marketing.
4) Find a friend with common interest. Golf, movies, bike riding, flying airplanes.
5) Find internship during summer.

6) Take some Service Science and Management of Innovation / Open Innovation class

UCLA's training syllabus for business people in Japan:

See if similar program to this can be offered at your school as well.

Find good syllabus and do some projects with friends with same interest.

Look for some classes at UC Extension Berkeley, UCLA, Irvine, etc.
( I think internship would be better than sitting in the lectures )

This totally depends on several conditions—including but not limited to your initial proficiency in English, your commitment to social/interpersonal interactions, your objectives (studying at undergraduate or graduate level), academic environment, etc. I met several Japanese students who were studying at US universities as an exchange student. Most students were doing fairly well in communicating with non-Japanese students (including American students), while they had some problems in fluency and eloquence. They were way better than the ESL students in terms of demonstrating their ability to communicate with people in general.
This can’t be done in a day or a year. Being fluent and eloquent is not sufficient to meet the needs in business—regardless of company and job title. You need to demonstrate your ability in fulfilling your routine tasks, literate and savvy in recent business trend about your company, clients, and transactions, etc.
You should be able to demonstrate some or most of what you will learn from there, although one year is very limited. I urge you to keep working on your English after finishing the program.
