It ..level 7.. improves it. It thinks now. It has been understood

that we people are more than Chernobyl or Chernobyl from the beginning.

The severity level has been upgraded to Level 7. It's a little too late for that. We all knew from the start it would be as bad as or worse than Chernobyl.
