下記のFree Templates Licenceの項目は、
どのような内容でしょうか。
知りたい事は以下の内容です。

・商用で無料で使う場合はlinkが必須条件？
・Licenceの適用範囲は？（１回の支払いで１Templのみ？もしくはすべてのTemplに有効？）
・Licence料金の支払いは1回のみ？（年額等ではなく？）
・Licence料金は今の日本円でいくら？

目的は商用で下記のTemplを使いたいのですが、

　Creative Commons Attribution 2.5 License に則るものとする、とあります。Creative Commons Attribution 2.5 License の規定は、「非営利」 が前提ではないかと思います。従って、link 云々以前に、「無料」 の「商用利用」 は不可であるということだと思います。

　Removing the credit link という部分に記された内容にかかわるのだと思いますが、具体的に 「適用範囲」 に関する記述はなく、ただ $8 を支払うことでクレジット・リンク を付けなくてもよくなるとあります。その場合の利用は、個人的でも商用でも制限がありません。

　one time fee とありますから、私の理解では１回だけです。

　為替相場は日々刻々の変動ということがあり得ますから、いくらかは違うかもしれませんが、現在のレートを見ると ￥654.24 となっています （ネットで簡単に分ります）。

Creative Commons Attribution 2.5 Licenseについてですが、
以下のページには

本作品を営利目的で利用することができます。
と書かれていますので、無料の場合はクレジット付きが条件で営利利用が出来るのかな？と解釈したのですが、これについてはいかがでしょうか。
