deal with 「～を扱う」「～に対処する」の意味です。

how は「（多分社会が何を求めているかという事に）敏感な企業市民になる」を就職する「如何に」という副詞ですから、離して読むべきだと思います。

　　　　我が顧客が、如何にして敏感な企業市民になれるか、の対処を援助する諸能力

　　　　という名詞節ではないでしょうか。

疑問詞(what, when, how, where、など)又は接続詞(that、whether、if)によって構成される節は、そのままの形で「名詞節」になることができます。
今回の場合も、前置詞withの目的語になっているので、このhow they can become more sensitive corporate citizensは、「名詞節」です。解釈するときには、「～であるということ」のように訳します。

注
名詞節なので、そのままの形で主語になることもできます。
例えば、
How they can become more sensitive corporate citizens is a very important issue. (=どのようにすれば～できるかということは、非常に重要な課題だ)

Whether he can come here or not doesn’t matter at all. (=彼がここに来ることが出来るかどうかということは、まったく重要でない)
