X'mas カードに書く内容なのですが,
今年は貴方が忙しかったので、貴方の好きな温泉や山登り等に行く時間がなかったね。来年は行けるといいね。
You did not have time to go Onsen and climb mountain etc,this year which you like it. Ｉ hope you have a time to go there next year.
これでよいでしょうか？

This year,you were so busy that you had no time to go visit a hot-spring resort ,climb some mountains,and so on.
So,I hope next year you will be able to fulfill your wishes.
[今年はあなたが大変忙しかったので、温泉に行ったり、山登りしたりの時間がなかったですね。来年は望みがかなうといいですね]
の様に書いてみました。

chuchukuさんの元の文章ではthis year which you like itが少し分かりにくいので、今年の事は文章を分けた方が良いと思います。

I hope you have time to go there next year.
として下さい。
have time to do～　～する時間がある、～する暇がある。
time にはaは要らないです。

それでも問題は無いと思いますが、少々そっけない気がします。

わたしだったらこう書きます。

This year, you were too busy to do your favourite things like Onsen (Spa) and mountaineer. Ｉ hope you'll have time next year!
