このニュース動画のやりとりが知りたいです！

せめて聞き取りだけでも、と我流で独学している者です。
動画絡みの手間で恐縮ですが、興味のある方の教えを請えればと思います。
NBC TODAY より。パリで、駐車場の入り口と間違えて地下鉄に車が乗り入れたニュースという短いニュース。
その後、出演者達が笑いあう会話の内容に字幕はないのですが、気になっています。

Natalie: And an out-of-towner in Paris mistook a subway entrance for a parking garage, and down he went.
　　　　Police cordoned off the area, and the car was pulled out without significant damage. Luckily, no one was hurt.
　　　　But we can't say the same for the driver's ego, which was probably a bit bruised.

映像終了。ここからは自分なりの聞き取り・推測で文字に起こしてみます。

Natalie: (司会者達に向かって) You can't be confusing driving in your apt. (笑) You can be hard.
　　　　　　　　( can , can't , could の区別が正直つきません…。)

　　Al: Yeah, 'cause they don't have stairs there. ××× go on the garages. ( 皆笑う )
　
Natalie: Still confusing !　

　Matt: ( Al へ ) Don't be ××× ××× be driving with Natalie. ( さらに皆笑う )

　　Al: No.
　
Natalie: Don't do that. ( 笑 )


…うーん、たぶん中学生レベルの単語しか使っていないのでしょうが、発音といい話の方向性といい、手も足も出ず…。
なにを笑っているのやら… よろしくお願いします。

Natalie:

It's 7:16 right now, back over, Matt Ann and Al. It can be confusing driving in Europe.

Al:
Yeah, cuz, yeah cuz they don't have stairs there, cuz they're all (the) garages.
(the)って言ってると思うけど、そこにはtheはあるべきではないので言い間違い。
（そりゃそうだろう、階段がないんだから！　その代わりに、駐車場だけだし。）
Natalie:
Yeah, still! Confusing!

Matt:
(I) don't think I'll be driving with Natalie.
（これは、そんな事でナタリーが困る～みたいなこと言ってるから、そんな人とは一緒の車に乗れないね。みたいに言ってるのがジョーク）
Natalie:
Don't do that.
