※ここで訂正したことが(2)では正しく書いているようです。時制の選び方や、複数形などを変更しました。

解答(2)Japan is now richest in its history, and we enjoy useful and comfortable lives none of our ancestors experienced.
※目的格の関係代名詞はほぼ100%省略されます。その他は問題ないと思います。「経済大国」ということばの響きと、richest の語感が気になりますが、誤りと言うほどのことはないでしょう。(1)のbeen given より(2)の enjoy の方がいいと思います。自分は日本語の問題を読んでいる途中の段階で enjoy を思いつきました。
