gmailアカウント削除後に転送エラーが

こんにちは。
gmailのmail fetcher機能を使って、mobileme(旧icloud)のメールを転送かけていました。
数ヶ月前にこの転送先gmailのアカウントを削除した際、転送設定を切らずにアカウント削除にしてしまっています。そのまま無効になるのかと思ったらmobilemeアドレスへ送信すると、送信元へ下記のようなエラーが返されるようになりました。

ブラウザからicloudのメール環境設定を見ると、特に転送設定はなにも設定はされていませんでした。
これは、まだgmailアカウントが裏では情報が残っているということになるのでしょうか？
グーグルに設定を完全に削除してもらう必要があるでしょうか？
なにかこのエラーメールがなくなる方法があればお教えください。

補足等必要でしたらお知らせください。

ｋれはGmail側の問題ではありません。

転送元での設定を解除しないと駄目です。

転送元での設定は空欄になっていて特に設定はしていない状態です。

gmailの方の設定のみで行えるようです。↓こちらの設定です

もっとも今はmobileme=icloudはpop3の運用をやめてしまって転送はできないので、このmobilemeメールアドレスを見限っても良いのですが・・
