DJをはじめたばかりなのですが、関係者と話してて、body and soul、defected in the house という用語がよく出てきます。アーティスト名なのでしょうか？それとも何かしらムーブメントなのでしょうか？わかり易い解説サイトなどありましたらどなたかご教示ください。よろしくお願いします。

Body&SOUL was founded in 1996 by François K. and John Davis. The Sunday afternoon party, which took place at Club Vinyl in New York’s Tribeca area, soon became one of New York’s most revered weekly parties.
