移植民仕様の他の建物は、歴史学もしくは考古学の分野に依拠して識別することができる。

卓越しているのは、植民地の守護女神であるビーナスの寺院であった。

この女神は、ポルタ・マリーナに隣接する街の南西の角の小高い台地に構築されていたが、そこは女神が、商業港から来訪者の到着するルートを統制し、保護することができるところだったのであろう。
