My colleagues and I succeeded in demonstrating the best outcome of what we have been studying. Also, with the cooperation of people in our work place, we were able to solve the problem(s) on our assignment and develop our skills further.

★「仲間とともに」をもう少し強調したいのなら、Together with my colleagues, I was able to show the best fruit of what we have been studying to others.のようにも言えます。こういうときはcouldを使うと、やればできたという意味に近いので、were/was able toを使うのがいいのですが、後の文で使うのでsucceeded in . . . としてみました。
★problemは複数あればsなければsなしということです。skillsはさまざまなskillがあるはずなので、可算名詞で複数形がいいと思います。他の人のを採用されても複数形を用いることをおすすめします。

Building on the learning in the past, we, together, could put out the best.

Also, thanks to the help from the work place, we could solve the given problems and develop our skill.
