→よろしですが、Yumiが女性でTomiも女性ですよね？

As everybody knows, Yumi is as beautiful as Tomi.
Everybody knows that Yumi is as beautiful as Tomi.
We all know that Yumi is as beautiful as Tomi.
の方が自然だとは思います。

2. I, as a Japanese, am careful how to speak and behave when I go abroad.
文法的に間違いはないものの、ぎこちない文です。
I think I should be careful how I should talk and behave when I go abroad because I am a Japanese.
→ぐらいの方がわかりやすいですが、as a Japanese, because I am a Japanese等は不要と思います。書くならもう少し説明がいります。

1. The first topic is whether I would drop out school or not.
→topicで、これからディスカッションでもするのでしょうか？そのtopicがwhether I would drop out of school or notというのは実に妙な話だと思います。
The first thing I have to talk about is whether I should drop out of school.
ということでしょうか？この文なら意味が通ります。

#1の方の回答通りですが、よくみたらなんとなく日本語の字面上の語順と同じですね。

１　ゆみは
２　みんなが知っている通り
３　とみと同じくらい美しい

１　私は
２　日本人として
３　（海外で）話すことと立ち振る舞いに気をつけている

お判りの通り、語順を厳密に「同期」させようとするととても変な文になります。語順にこだわらず訳する事が必要です。
