Belgian media outlets say that a man who led a group that had plotted a large-scale terrorist attack on police is hiding abroad.

Police on Thursday raided 12 locations related to an Islamic militant group. They killed 2 members in a shootout.

Several media outlets reported that investigators are searching for the whereabouts of a 27-year-old Belgian man of Moroccan origin. They say the man is one of the leaders and raised funds for the cell.

The reports say the man was hiding in Greece or Turkey, and has issued directives to other members.

The fugitive had reportedly fought for Islamic State in Syria.

Investigators are questioning 5 suspects on how they obtained a large number of weapons which police seized in the raid.

　はい。こう言ったレベルは場所、国．時期で違いますから絶対評価とは限らないと思います。ベルギーは３段階、X国では６段階、Y国の水準は1５段階とします。

　そうするとベルギーの第２段階は、X国だと第３か第４、Y国の第６ないし第10の段階に位するのであらゆる場合の　the second highest　になるとは言い切れないと思います。

２。また、もし本当に最も高いレベルであったら　its highestでしょうか。

　　its highest　ですと、その（＝国の/組織の）最高で、別に「本当に最も高いレベル」とは限らないと思います。
