XAMMPが起動しません。

XAMMP portable win32-5.6.15-2-VC11.zipを解凍後USBメモリーに移行したのですが、下記エラーがでていて起動しません。
それに伴い、ApacheとmysqlのＳtartボタンも点灯していません。
どのようにすれば使用できるようになるのでしょうか。
初心者ですので詳しくお教え下さい。

  setup_xampp.batは実行していませんでした。
  先程setup_xampp.batをダブルクリックしコマンドプロンプトが表示されましたが、この先の入力方法などが全く分かりませんので、ご伝授下さいましたら幸いです。

setup_xampp.bat　を実行してますか？
