どちらかと言うと、

直前の subjective emotional damage and revenge aspiration ではなく
impulse が先行詞の中心ですが、
the somewhat blind impulse such as subjective emotional damage and revenge aspiration
全体が先行詞みたいなものです。
その中心が impulse の方。

それより、特にかっこの部分が変な英語なので検索したら一件出てきましたが、
日本人が英作した英語で勉強しても何にもなりませんよ。

those person なんて書いている人が偉そうに回答しまくっているのがこういうサイトなんだから。
