英和翻訳を直したい

この翻訳はもっと正しくしたい。。。英語の意味は、書いたものだけではなく、録音、ビデオなども含めています。どんなふうに直すばいいですか

翻訳としては「公判記録」が正しいと思います．しかし，現状で録音，ビデオなどが連想できないのであれば*注釈(footnote)をつければいいと思います．

*public court records include tapes, videos as well as documents

access には入手，利用も含まれますね．

英語の言葉は access　閲覧とaccess は同じですか？

いいや、records = 記録 ではない。。。他の単語はないですか？

This doesn't have to be a formal statement - in other words, I want the English translated - I do NOT want a common expression which has a different meaning. Just because something is always said a certain way does not mean it's correct. Therefore I would like to translate the English - even if that means the Japanese sounds a bit strange.

I appreciate any help with a proper translation. - thanks !!
