3ヶ月でどのくらい成長できたか分かりません。しかし、人生のたった3ヶ月です。まだまだ時間はたっぷりあります。

I don't now how much I've improved over (the(se) past) three months. But they're only three months of my entire life. There's still a lot of time (to improve).

会話でネイティブに言うとこんな所でしょうか。文法等はあまり説明できませんのでご了承くださいm(_ _)m カッコの中の言葉は必須ではないのですが、言った方が自然かと思います。
アメリカで生まれ育った中3が言うとこんな感じですかね( ・∇・)

t's been only three months. I know I still have so much time to learn.
