「〇〇にログイン出来ません。先月アクセス権を付与されました。ご確認お願いいたします。」

2行は下記で伝わりますか？

そのままでOKです。

＞先月アクセス権を付与されました。
　→　I was given access last month.

＞ご確認お願いいたします。
　→　Could you please confirm that I do have access to ○○?
