My daughter is looking to go to Japan and teach English there. Although I support her all the way and encourage her to live her dream, it saddens me that she
will be far from me. I am going with her to get her all set up the hard part it’s going to be when I have to return and live her there.

この英文の後半I am going with〜からの意味がよく分かりません。得意な方教えて頂けますか？

書き手は、相手をお友達と思ってか、ちょっと大雑把に書いているのでわかりにくいのだと思いますが、前半が理解できているなら、後半は察しが付くと思いますよ。

以下のように書き換えればわかりますか？

I am going with her to get her all set up.
It's going to be the hard part when I have to return and leave her there.
