1) Tir Nan Og ( ティル‐ナ‐ノーグ) は、海の彼方の西方に横たわっており、時間は、死ぬべき運命にある

　者たちの尺度ではもはや考えられはしない地上の楽園であった。
2) ここは美の国であり、草は常に緑を保ち、果実と花とを同時に摘み取ることが可能であり、そこでは
　祝宴が、音楽が、恋愛が、狩りが、そして歓喜に溢れる戦闘が終日行われ、死の入り込む余地はなかった。
　というのも、戦闘に於いて或る日傷つき死ぬ者があったとしても、彼らは生き返ったからである。
3) 時折死ぬべき者たち(=地上の人間、男性のこと）がTir Nan Ogに招かれて来た。そして、彼らが再び地
