交換を希望しますが無理なら返金してください。

★不良品の返品について質問があります。
返品する際は届いた時の箱を使用する必要がありますか？
箱が大きい為、返送料が高くなってしまうので自分の持ってるビニール袋を使おうと思いますが問題ありますか？
返送料が高くなってもいいのであれば箱を使用します。

I received three (3) items, but one of them has a very visible scratch.

I am going to return this item, but should I use the box which the item has arrived in? The box is big, so it concerns me that the shipping fee would be unnecessarily high. I am planning to use my plastic bag, but is it a problem for you? If you don't mind the high shipping fee, then I'll use the original box.

The package is so large that it would result in a high return shipping. So I'm considering using a plastic bag that I have at hand. Would that be a problem?

If you would settle for the higher return shipping, I'd use the same package.
