e-bayである物を落札したのですが、なぜかチェックできないのでe-bayのサポートに問い合わせ中なのですが、出品者から支払ってくれとの催促のメールがありました。
出品者に返信したいのです。

日本語通りに訳してないが、問題が発生して支払いができてないが、問題解決次第お金を払うという趣旨はちゃんとおさえた文章にしてる。

I sent an email to an ebay support member to resolve the issue and I'm waiting for their reply. As soon as the issue is resolved, I'll complete the payment.

I received your message.

I tried to check out my order but for some reason it didn't let me.
I contacted the e-bay support center and they are looking into the issue.
Would it be possible for you to wait until the issue is resolved so that I can make the payment.
