　A is more helpful than B. のように書きます。Bは bacteria っぽいものです。にもかかわらずBが harmful です。 they は bacteria っぽいものです。harmful を they にします。
　Since they can make us very sick, bacteria are far more helpful than they in terms of health. 一方で次のことであることの。彼らは時にはする場合があります。私たちをとても病気にが次のことです。細菌はとてもよく助けです。彼らが助けであるよりもです。健康の観点からです。

だと思います。何か、もととなっている長文などはありませんか？　あるとすれば、その内容に沿った答えを考えるべきです。

一応、解説しますと、help か harm のどちらかの意味がわかっていて、sickの意味がわかっていれば、この問題は解けます。
