signakさんの文でいいと思います。prohibite / forbite / banなども直接的な禁止ですね。

私が学生に言うとすれば、間接的に言うので、

It is unrecommendable to leave all of your homework to others.

I suggest you not completely trust in your friends for your own homework.

You had better not make other students do all of your homework.

As for your homework, I discourage you against totally relying on others.

などでしょうか。禁止と非推奨なので、意味は離れますが、言葉の機能としては、どれも同じかなと思います。

最初の文は主語がやや長過ぎるのが難点ですね。
二番目の文に次のように少し付け足して「丸投げ」感を出すとよろしいでしょう:
　It's prohibited to ask others to do _all of_ your homework.
