職場での性差別がトピックの予想問題を解きました。

理由の一つとして書いた文が文法間違えているか不安なので添削してもらえるとありがたいです。
→When women become pregnant, their colleagues and bosses don't think very well of it. The reason is that they have to take long term maternity leave to raise their children, which is not beneficial for the company.
As a result, a lot of women hesitate to take maternity leave, but I think the workplace should be kind to such women.



女性は妊娠した時、職場の同僚や上司からそのことをあまり
よく思わない。その理由は、そのような女性は育児休暇を取らなくてはならなく、それは会社のためにはならないからである。
