relive は relieve の間違いですね。

can lead to（〜になるかもしれない）と at least （少なくとも、最低でも）の組み合わせは、意味的に辻褄が合わないと思います。

This is because … は、文法的には間違いではありませんが、意味的に理解が難しいです。（ストレスを紛らわせるために食べ過ぎてしまうことが病気だとされているから、過食症や肥満になる？）
単に
Overeating to relieve stress is an illness itself called eating disorder.
と言う方が良いと思います。
