ボクシングをまったく知らないし、聴き取りにもあまり自信がないですが、僕なりに書きとったものをここに示します。

これを踏み台にして、（あるいはこれをまったく無視して、）どなたかが完璧な答えを出してくれればありがたいです。なお、ビデオを見て、この下の、不完全ながらもだいたいの英文を読めば、だいたいの粗筋はわかるはずです。僕は日本語訳はしません。
