どなたか、英訳お願いします。

展示会に行った時の一言：
→１０月２９日に秋田県の秋田県種苗交換会に行って来ました。
今月、お米の新ブランド「サキホコレ」が発売されるって言う
ことでイベントが開催され、一段とおいしいお米っと言う
こともあり、今は予約しないと買えないのですが、そのうち
普通に買えるようになります。普通に買えるようになりましたら、
ぜひ食べてみたいです。楽しみです。

日本語もおかしいと思いますが、意味合いが通じるよう編集し
ていただいてもかまいませんので、よろしくお願いします。

訳注：

秋田県種苗交換会：秋田県のHPのEnglish siteでは、
'the Akita exchange meeting of seed and sapling'と訳されています。
単に英語に置き換えただけなので、説明を入れます。秋田県のサイトからです。
日本語をそのまま英語にするのは難しいので、説明が必要になりますね。
3文目-
種苗交換会('Syubyo Kokan-kai')は、もともと秋田県で毎年秋に開催されている手作りの作物や種子を持ち寄りお互いに見せ合い、交換を目的とした農業イベントです。


A few comments on an event in Akita：
On October 29, I went to 'the Akita exchange meeting of seed and sapling' in Akita Prefecture.
It's called 'Syubyo Kokan-kai' in Japanese.
It's originally an agricultural event held every fall in Akita Pref., where people aim to bring their handmade crops and seeds to show and exchange them with each other.
In the meeting, an event was held to announce the release of the new brand of rice, "Sakihokore" this month.
It's an even better tasting rice than ever.
We still have to make a reservation to purchase it, but soon we will be able to purchase it generally.
When it becomes available in a regular store, I would love to try it.
I'm looking forward to it.
