nothing は「何事でもない」
if not ～は if (it is) not ~ のことで 「～でないのなら」

従って Betty Page lived nothing if not a full life を直訳すると「Betty Page は「充実した人生でないのならBetty Page はどんな人生も送らなかった。」　これは「Betty Page が送ったのは充実した人生だった。」を強調した言い方です。
